"Very nice company. Good working environment for the employes."
"This company has some great people working for it, but their downfall lies within managing resources. Projects don't get released on time because they are poorly managed, and most of the people working here complain a lot because decisions are made without employee consideration at all. Many times they have asked people to stay later, or work on their days off (with no additional pay, or benefit to them), and they are extremely understaffed to be working on a project as big as they are, with their resources."

Do not plan on staying beyond 5-years and definitely do not get stuck thinking that this is a place for your life-long career. What don't you like about working at Emerson Process Management?
"Emerson Process Management is stuck in the past. It's a company full of dinosaur all waiting to take retirement and unwilling to share their knowledge and experience so as to not chip away at their job assurance. The CEO pushes his and the company's Republican agenda onto employees causing Emerson to be the number one contributor to Rep. Akin and his moronic belief that a woman's body shuts down to prevent pregnancy during legitimate rape. The environment lacks true processes and practices leading to a product of such poor quality that it may likely become the companies downfall."
