"Most of the people I work with daily are laid-back but culture is uptight and high-stress."

"The manufacturing department seems to be a dead-end. Once you are trained the department is unlikely to allow you to transfer to other departments because replacing technicians takes too much time and effort."

What don't you like about working at Emergent BioSolutions?

"The only career path available is the managerial path. Skills acquired are very niche and will not likely be transferable."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Don't have much interaction with CEO. He is present at company meetings only."

"Free parking, close to home, free coffee, free water, etc."

"Interview somewhere else. I worked there for several years and the environment never changed, people came and left, directors dropped like flies. Walk away now, keep on interviewing and work somewhere else."

"Horrible work environment, dysfunctional company, mismanaged, unethical behavior, childish executives who fought with each other just to fight."

"I'd listen to the employees and the people at the Lansing site---the people actually doing the company's work."
