What do you like about working at Mary Immaculate Hospital?
"My co-workers are amazing. From the physicians to the rest of us lowly techs, everyone supports one another and make it a fun place to work even when the stress level goes way up."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Know what you're getting into. This position can become very stressful, very quickly. A nice quiet day can turn into a nightmare within minutes. If you don't like to interact with people, this is not the position for you."
What don't you like about working at Mary Immaculate Hospital?
"Interacting with patients can sometimes be difficult. people mistake hospitals for hotels and become very demanding, sometimes blaming you for something that is out of your control."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Upper management seems to make it their responsibility to criticize worker performance. This allows them to rationalize the lack of raises and the implementation of arcane policies."
