"I have worked for this company for a little over two years. For the most part, the work was pleasant and so was the people but the company kept putting more and more responsibility on their managers and never botched the compensation for them. The biggest issue that I have with this company, is that the people who intake the calls for Emergency Response calls have zero accountability for the work they complete. The Project Managers immediately get tasked with managing the clients issues with projects that were setup incorrectly. Then upper Management pushes down on the middle managers. So the issues with projects roll up hill from the intake specialist and then down hill from upper management and the managers are responsible for fixing all the mistakes and we are the only ones with accountability."
