"To get your job done prepare pushing people around and start chasing project managers and purchasing. Be aware of assistant controller Fernando F. who likes spread his hands by touching girls in his department, definitely he heeds s. harassment training on monthly basis."
"Emcor lacks good leadership and the corporate office is completely out of touch and has no clue what is going on at sites. They have very poor leadership and I do not recommend a career with this company."

"None really. Just try to be yourself and trust in what you do."

"The upper level management is a bit lost sometimes and does not listen to the experts."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Listen to the people who run the shops. Open your ears and see what you have working for you. We know what we are doing."
"Poor work environment made it difficult to concentrate on job. Very unprofessional and at times, liberal use of profanity. Supervisor allowed personal relationships with select employees to influence his decisions. In my time there I have witnessed several employees dismissed not based upon performance, but on disagreements with some management/influential staff. Very disheartening!"
"I have worked at Emcor for almost years now. The HR department absolutely sucks. The company needs a huge revamp. They favor people based on how long you have been at the company. The work environment at corporate is horrible. not happy with this company."
