"The CEO liked to play favorites and if you're family and/or an attractive young woman, trust me, you're favorite. If you're not, you will have no stability in this company. Frivolous spending is another favorite thing for the CEO. Sure, don't pay your support teams, don't pay your rep groups, but pay money to repaint and recarpet the showrooms every 2 months, for absolutely no reason at all."
