"There is limited if not non-existent opportunity for advancement. Generally whatever position you were hired for is what you'll stay at but your responsibilities will increase."

What do you like about working at TripAdvisor?
"I enjoy engaging the consumer. Our role as a travel media site is to bring interesting news, reviews, destinations to our members. My role as chief strategist and editor of our weekly newsletter to over 11 million people in US, Canada, Europe and Australia affords me to opportunity to directly speak to our members. I feel strongly about our product and position in the travel media marketplace. I also enjoy the marketing data gathering process whereby we frequently reach out to members via surveys and polls, and are able to make effective chnages to the site and other marketing programs as a direct result of data we receive. Our members are very engaged, and I am tasked on a regular basis to push that engagement level even further while maintaining brand values."
What don't you like about working at TripAdvisor?
"I do feel that my current position is a bit narrow in scope, as compared to past roles where I managed entire online marketing divisions."
What do you like about working at Cisco Systems?
"I like the professional, fast-paced environment, surrounded by high quality staff and management."

"I can't think of a thing."
