"Elkem is a decent place to work. they have outstanding benefits but leadership at the plant can be a little lacking so to speak. also, there seems to be a lot of favoritism in the departments. place has grown but instead of hiring more people to support the workload they just dump more work on the existing employees then complain that its not being done fast enough."
