"I began working at E-Line Media in 2018 as a Software Engineer. My teammates and coworkers were incredibly talented and great people all around; working with them was the highlight of my employment. The CEO strives to maintain an exciting and casual workplace that focuses on providing for its employees. All of that said, the major downsides of the job were the management team(s) and their decision making. Management would make uninformed decisions, often contradicting their own directions, which would regularly result in massive overhauls of systems and work efforts. Coworkers were regularly blocked, for weeks at a time, because they needed to wait for management to make a decision. Schedules and deadlines were always being shifted and delayed, which would require some crunching in order to mend the situation."
