"Imagine having to work without the support and assistance from the management. On your first day of work, you're just expected to just know what to do without giving you tools and training to get started. It went on for months and as you stay longer with the company, the management just didn't care at all."
"The worst thing about this place is the unrealistic goals set by the management. They set targets too high that makes it difficult for us to reach them. It also makes our work very demotivating. People here has low morale and the work atmosphere was too unhappy."
