"The public safety goals of the products were what drew me to this company."

"Although they appear to be very telecommuter friendly, the reality is that the CEO very much needs people in the same office that he is in. If you aren't prepared to commute to Weymouth MA, be careful."

What don't you like about working at ELERTS?

"Poor communications and lack of delegations ultimately cause our choice to separate."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"The company would be more efficient and effective if the CEO would truly delegate responsibility and hold other accountable, as opposed to micro-managing at all levels."
