"I was employed by Element Bio Fuels from the beginning of plant start up. This plant is the "greenest plant in the world. It has many new process and will be the ethanol plant of the future. The employees that worked at the plant had many challenges in getting the plant operational, but always remained positive and continued to strive for excellence and never gave up, sometimes working 70 to 80 hours a week."
