"no support and management turns up and leaves whenever they want they don't even do a full shift and sometimes they don't turn up at all. No support, bad communication, no discipline, staff constantly on their phones watching movies & tv and more concerned about what food to order at lunch rather than doing their jobs, but it's not their fault. It's due to very poor leadership for allowing this to happen, even though the problems have been brought to their attention. We call our site area 51 as we do more cover-ups than the C.I.A"
