"no support and management turns up and leaves whenever they want they don't even do a full shift and sometimes they don't turn up at all. No support, bad communication, no discipline, staff constantly on their phones watching movies & tv and more concerned about what food to order at lunch rather than doing their jobs, but it's not their fault. It's due to very poor leadership for allowing this to happen, even though the problems have been brought to their attention. We call our site area 51 as we do more cover-ups than the C.I.A"

"If you are looking for a loyal company that is in it for the long haul this is not EFI. In 12 months over 40% of research and development was cut through layoffs. Another 20% left on there own accord due to leak of leadership and direction."

"Worked for EFI for 19 years as Test Engineer. EFI is the leading leader for networking print controller. The main customers are Canon, Xerox, Ricoh, Konica-Minolta and Sharp. My job function is to test the new platform before move on to mass production. Some testing that I do are environment testing, shock, vibration, packaging and also EMT. The other responsibility is getting the EMI compliance and safety certification for the new platform before shipment."
