"Worked for EFI for 19 years as Test Engineer. EFI is the leading leader for networking print controller. The main customers are Canon, Xerox, Ricoh, Konica-Minolta and Sharp. My job function is to test the new platform before move on to mass production. Some testing that I do are environment testing, shock, vibration, packaging and also EMT. The other responsibility is getting the EMI compliance and safety certification for the new platform before shipment."

"It can take a long time to get change implemented and that's usually because it takes a long time to get people on board with any kind of change"

"Invest in new offices and facilities for the staff to show that they are valued"
"If you are looking for a loyal company that is in it for the long haul this is not EFI. In 12 months over 40% of research and development was cut through layoffs. Another 20% left on there own accord due to leak of leadership and direction."
