"I loved being an Applications Engineer. I loved being able to help the customer install the product, helping the consumer with issues, and helping the dealer set it up. I not only ensured the device worked for the customer, I trained them on how to use it, how to store it, how to prevent issues on the production line. I corresponded with people from Taiwan and China, built test equipment to validate it, and even spent a weekend showing the product off to consumers at a campground!"
