"Working for Electronic Merchant Systems has been both positive and negative. The company provides their Account Executives with decent training and managerial support. There is also a lot of flexibility being in the field with the ability to make your own schedule. However it is a very hard system to sell and when you do make a sale the compensation does not match the effort and work it took to make that sale. As someone who often made multiple sales for the team each week, I still spent more in gas than I would take home after taxes."
