"My company has been great to work for. I have learned a lot about the HVAC controls industry. From the installation, estimating, designing and field engineering total controls systems."

"Just be yourself and clearly state what you can and cannot do."

"No real room for me to advance into the engineering field."

"Listen to the field personnel better and follow through with ideas"

"Make sure you get a college education and degree before joining!"
What don't you like about working at United States Government?
"A lot of the leadership personnel are incompetent. The rules often do not make sense."

"I would incorporate more constructive in port work and activities"

"I have a great group of people to work with. We help each other out and play off of each others strengths to make the total maintenance team stronger."

"I would just say to ask the right questions about the work place and the vision of the company to see if it is a good fit for them."
What don't you like about working at Kimberly-Clark ?
"I don't like the changes that have been made in my benefits. Things such as the retirement benefits being taken away, health insurance benefits changes and the outsourcing of a lot of jobs. There has also been a lot of reduction in the work force, almost to the point of not being able to do our job."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Think about the most valuable resource that you have, the people that are woking with you. Go back to putting more importance on the value of the workforce, and put less emphasis on what the shareholders profits are. If you do the first, then the other will happen."

"I worked on my own a lot and had a lot of responsibilities."

"Be yourself, work hard, be open to constructive criticism also have to be able to work well with other crews."

"Work was slow. I was forced to find additional work due to the economy."

"My suggestions are to keep the jobs coming so we could all work."

"The majority of people there are decent people and the atmosphere is very laid back."

"After 10 months of service for very little pay they never provided any benefits."

"Listen to your employees more. They will tell you what works for them."

"This is my father's company so it was excellent."

"I like that I was able to work with my father every day. I also love interacting with people."

"Be prepared to work hard and you will learn a lot from a very smart man."

"Probably if I had to chose one thing it would be the old school way that my father ran his business. He was very trustful of people and they took advantage of him."

"Do not let people take advantage of you because some people live to do so."

"I really enjoyed the work. I was able to work in industrial as well as commercial settings."

"Just to be hard working and dependable, and you will really enjoy your time with the IBEW."

"I can't say anything negative about my expiernce. It was a great time and I really enjoyed it."

"Any suggestions I ever had, was usually listened to by my foreman or the owner."

"Met some very knowledgeable and friendly people.Learned more about others and how to deal with other cultures and enviroments.learned how better to cope with on job situations."

"Watch your direct supervisors until you can feel them out. Job Manaers for the most part seem not to care about the people but more about the result."
What don't you like about working at Enterprise Electric?
"Inability to keep proper amounts of supplies and then complain, let people go, and then let others have the chnce to receive credit and bonuses while we suffer."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Have a better look at how employee relations with job hireing and employee loyalty is handled.Job Managers and higher ups don't have a clue what we go through to give them what it takes to get them the quality and professional results we give them."

"What I liked most about my job is working with customers. Even though it was not always on the best of terms, I made the best out of it."

"The negativity within our work group. It's emotionally draining. I like to be around positive and outgoing people and the moral in our department has went down in the last couple years."
