"I love working with wires and electrical equipment. The thing I didn't like is the up and down of employment. I seem to only work an average of a few weeks here and there."
"So far I love my trade it has a variety of tasks and it is also challenging at times. I also welcome the challenge. I can't really say that I hate anything about being an electrician."
"I love the duties that are affiliated with the job at hand but feel that the all the employees that work with me are all pushed a little to hard for moving up. I feel there are people that have moved up in title that really don't know exactly what they are doing. Besides that; I enjoy what I do for a career."
"I love the comradery of the personnel, because we have an older and experienced work force so everyone knows their job. We also make an effort to help each other out when possible. It gets a little boring working on the same things over and over. The other thing is missing half life at home because I work 7 and 7 offshore."
"I love the challenge of repairing any machine and just watching it run after I have given it my all. I don't like running conduit I am good at it but do not care for it."

What do you like about working at SASCO?
"The ibew union pay rate and nothing else about this rat style company."
What don't you like about working at SASCO?
"Predatory work enviroment , unrealistic work rate scheduling completion time,sasco will wip you to death.No aesthetic value in their finished work.electricans are constantly hurried , harrieds and rushed"

"Some serious spanking needs to go down, these guys think they are above everyone else in the world."

"Poor management skills from top to bottom. Company policy, rules, are only followed when it was to their advantage."

"No company provided benefits. Safety was preached, but not practiced."
