"Just be what you are and do your best. Remember to research the work done at FFI as questions may be asked during the interview and you can impress the interviewer."

"I learned a lot there. I liked the work enviroment, my co-workers, and the work I was doing."

"I worked thru a contract company so I did not have a tough interview. I would recommend doing this to get your foot in the door. If the economy didn't tank I'm confident I would be working there now directly thru Manitowoc."
What don't you like about working at Manitowoc?
"I was there for 17-18 months but was only a contractor thru aerotek. The contractors were the first to go when the lay offs hit."
