"Not enough work. One foreman didn't know what he was doing. Company didn't work as a team."

"Bid more jobs and have superintendents not fight try to set others up for failure."

"I really enjoy all of the people I have been working with, I also enjoy my work there."

"You have to be able to work with a random schedule, other than that it is a really nice job."

What don't you like about working at Hamilton Electric?

"I dont like how uninconsistent the schedule is. I would like to have a set schedule."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I would suggest that management need to be more organized, it would greatly improve the works of the company"

"Johnson Controls is a great company, but the schedule demands can be difficult at times."

What do you like about working at Johnson Controls?

"I got to work in the electronics field. They provided a second chance."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"That was just my experience and yours can be very different. Johnson Controls is a good company. Lower management may take a better likeing to you."

What don't you like about working at Johnson Controls?

"Working 6-7 days at 10-12 hours. Some of those days were only because one group was behind and it was only fair that everyone work too. Yet, people from a different department that do that type of work were never called to bring the job up to speed. I was told just appreciate the overtime"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"check your lower management, follow-up on problems and see whats going on"
