"grade the managers for the achievements not for being likeable for the upper management."

"Working with budgets, customers, employees and what each of those brought to me everyday. Everyday truly was a different day."

"The hours are rough on a family life when you work nights"

"Be yourself. You want to make sure that you want to be in the full service food business. The hours are long and you will work weekends and holidays."

"No where to advance. Did not pay very well."

"Make sure they get the right employees on board. Check previous jobs applicants work. Have at least three people talk to the applicant."

"The training aspect needed some revisions as the program was not long enough."
