A concerted re-branding effort for El Torito is the focus for 2012 and 2013. Some stores will close permanently, others will be remodeled to create a modern Tequila Bar-style. Executive Chef Pepe Lopez created more than 25 new menu items, with a commitment to fresh ingredients, authentic Mexican cuisine and made-from-scratch recipes.
