What do you like about working at El Paso?

"It was place to work, because we were helping so many people that needed mental health services. As the Director of Crisis Services, I was on call 24 hours a day, assuring that the goals and compliance issues were adhered to. The staff were also very dedicated with very little turnaround!"

"I did not like that the parking was so expensive so, you had to use the park and drive."

"Management was not the best, but they are trying to get better at it from what I hear. I think they should listen more before just doing."

"Since the Shop was small I got to work a lot with the user. I had many different responsibilities."

"The games and lies that some people play in the company with no proof or investigation within the company as told. Some people will lie just to gain advantage over someone else."

"The management should get to know more about the people who work within there group."
