"Old School Micro Management, Resistant to change, out dated equipment and personell. Lack of quality training program. No strategic plan and poor customer service."

"Get with the program and realize people are your number one asset. You now have a competitor in the Phoenix area and if you don't change your ways and empower your people and trust and support their decisions you'll be left with nothing but old worn out equipment and people."
