"On the surface Eisenhower is a very friendly and attractive hospital. The first part is totally due to the many excellent employees that work here. The second part sadly is also a problem as executive management here value attractive buildings and hollow accolades far above their employees and I feel also their patients. As far as how work is, that 100% depends on which department you are in and who you report to. Mostly I would have to honestly rate this as a not safe place to work though."
