"I founded eGenie in 2015 and had been CEO/CTO ever since. I was responsible for general product direction and entire engineering. I had hired the entire engineering staff, close to 100 people, and had been successfully delivered our SaaS product to our customers. The company broke even in early 2019. I was comfortable to transition the company to my co-founder."
