"-Design & Implement early intervention safety program, occupational health, and injury & illness prevention program - Perform job hazard analysis and created ergonomic risk assessment standard for biomedical engineering facility -Assist in hazardous waste removal, labeling, , recording and monitoring of chemical hazards to insure regulatory compliance to EPA, ISO, & OSHA standards -Conduct and train employees/supervisors on emergency preparedness, chemical safety, ergonomic and physical safety, and total worker health programs -Oversee safety focused engineering projects that focus on saving costs towards workers comp by decreasing lost days, decreasing WC claims, and increasing OSHA first aid recordables vs injury claims -Conduct training on increasing employee safety and aware -perform pinch force testing and push/pull force testing using force dynamometers -assist with LOTO training, confined space compliance, and worksite internal audits. -Assist occupational health and human resources with case management and investigations --Resulted in 50% drop in recordable rate and injuries per month during tenure"
