"Beautiful campus, onsite cafe, brilliant people to work with, excellent executive management."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Negotiate your starting salary as high as possible because it only moves up 3% per year if you have a good review and only 5% with a promotion. After achieving my MBA degree, there was no leap from my current salary to another position even though I had all the required experience for the job. Sad."

What don't you like about working at Edwards Lifesciences?

"Nothing. The only way to make strides in this company is to leave and come back. I know managers that left and were hired back as directors and VPs."
