"I loved the actual OD/education work. I enjoyed the independence, and applying my knowledge and experience in this rather large company. The only downside, actually, was the company's evident lack of commitment to OD/learning. They seem to reorganize every year or so. My tenure ended in the last reorganization."

"If you plan on working in the education department, be aware that you will be paid less than market value for your services and expected to work for much more than the compensation"
