"The people and the kids. I loved how they were trying to integrate technology into the classrooms."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Make sure you are prepared! The job is excellent and you will learn a lot, but be prepared for lots of DRAMA!! Ask questions about turnover, thats usually your first clue to how satisfying the job is for their employees."

What don't you like about working at EdisonLearning?

"The management. They don't communicate well. Too many cooks in the kitchen. One department never seemed to know or understand what the other was doing. I got a LOT of mixed messages."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"You all need to get into one room and TALK!!!! Half the staff said to do one thing, the other half questioned why that was being done... do this instead. COMMUNICATION is the key to success!!!!"
