"The IT management was very experienced, and operated in a star-up type of environment."

"Just make sure that you know what you're talking about, and that you're expectations for salary are not on the high-end of the spectrum."

"The salaries were just too low, and the amount of resources allocated to IT were not enough."

"Tapco hired smart people and made good decisions. I felt like I was a part of something."

"Tapco is slowly being absorbed by the parent firm. I would not interview with them."
What don't you like about working at The Tapco Group?
"Tapco was owned by a parent firm that didn't care for Tapco. Over time Tapco was getting absorbed into the parent firm."

"Stay true to your customers. Don't stop learning therI needs."
