"Garbage. Run away while you still can. The work: You will work for some of the most atrocious clients known to man, lying to the public will be part of your job description. The campaigns that you work on will be so outdated or banal that you’ll wonder how Edelman tricked anyone to pay for the things. And who will lead the charge on the campaigns you work on? The great idea leaders on these projects will be account managers who have no skills, training or experience outside their role at Edelman. These account managers will be so terrified of loosing whatever clients Edelman has left, that they will fluster and refuse to ask the client to provide their brand guideline for fear of asking too much of the client. Instead of managing expectations along the way and setting up a clear structure and schedule for when we deliver items to clients, your trusty account managers will throw you under the bus when they suddenly realize an EOD deadline has come up at 4pm on a Friday that they neglected to mention. In the name of doing everything to appease the client, account managers routinely will hand over last minute design requests in piles without consulting you to see if you can accommodate their new client ask, leaving you to stay late or become ostracized. Work life balance: Pay is low, hours expected 60+ a week, no overtime pay (illegal), gas lighting Edelman’s hr department employee appeasement squad touts “Edelman ensures work life balance”. It’s hilarious to assume any employee working at Edelman buys the company’s own internal PR spin. Advancement: Everyone there is looking to get out and it shows. Those who stay cannot get a job anywhere else because their skills are outdated and that’s what will happen to you if you stay because there is no advancement here. To the future HR damage control team: Even members of your senior team are starting to leave in droves. There are clear problems that can no longer be filled with free bagels."

"I've worked at Edelman since 2017. Being the largest private PR Firm in the industry, it employed people all around the world. The Atlanta office was a hard working group of about 90 employees. I often felt young employees were hired and did not understand the financial side of the business, which made my job more challenging, but rewarding."

"Ric Edelman is great and his vision steers the company in a great manner. The direction and speed of company growth is amazing. Money should be allocated to efficiency and better equipping members at HQ with the best tools to save both time and improve life for the planners assisting the clients. Other than that, the people and work of EFS are outstanding."

"Edelman cares about their employees and values ongoing education. However, they do not offer competitive salary and company politics are evident."
