"The family that owned the franchise was terrific as were the employees. The owner, sales manager and I communicated well with each other. We were open to each other's ideas, and showed great respect for one another."

"No, because I don't know what it's like now."

What don't you like about working at EcoWater?

"The franchise was sold to an owner who wanted his outside salesmen to set up their own apppointments resulting in the elimination of my telemarketing department before he officially took over."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"The Omaha, NE market was much different than the one in Fremont, NE that he was used to. The water in Omaha, NE was softer and the population 10x greater than in Fremont, NE resulting in the salesment having to spend a tremendous amount of time to set up qualified appointments according to what I heard after I left the company."
