"Management was beyond awful. Poor structure and a lack of organization from the President led his entire department to endless roadblocks, late hours and disgruntled customers. In addition, the customer was NOT always right and was made to feel ridiculed over not wanting to make a purchase. Job postings and new employees were always promised more than what was delivered. Management considered their lack of leadership a blessing for those who wished to have more freedom in the workplace."
