"I didn't like the way that we were laid off. There was no consideration shown. We were laid off at the end of the work day. No time to prepare. That was cold."

"Change the way you lay off employees. At least offer alternatives."

"As long as you can walk upright you shouldn't have a problem. Actually, judging by some of the staff, walking upright may not even be a requirement."

"The staff is highly unprofessional. The president and CEO is harsh, unpredictable and can highly irrational. Unfair evaluation process. Slow to zero professional growth."

"Recognize the people that drive your company and make it successful. Then treat those people with respect, appreciation and above all else compensate them fairly."
