"Speak slowly to the Japanese nationals. They understand English, but it is a second language for them."
What don't you like about working at Eclipse RV?
"Two cultures in the Japan based company. You had to explain everything 3 times to a Japanese national that did not understand the marketplace."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Not much, they shut down the US aftermarket brand in 2010."
