"Good support from management. This being my first job it was great to be assigned an experienced mentor there."

"No. I was never involved in the employment process. This being my first job I did not have a big network at this time"

"Little chance for an extra bonus if you did your work well. I was even appointed Consultant of the Year the second year I was employed there."

"prepare better incentives for working hard easier access to courses that might enable you to work more efficiently"
