"Complete lack of professionalism. One man (CTO) show, he is the only decision authority, nothing in the hands of your managers who actually works with you. So you will not get the appreciation at all because your work is never visible to CTO. Expect to here that you are not worth anything even after working day & night for this firm."

"A million dollar advice! Believe in your people & appreciate their work. Hold on to the good resources even in bad time."
