"Look elsewhere, only because the whole development and testing areas will be in Tel Aviv, Israel within the next 1-2 years - unless are interested in relocating, in which case you will need to do the research."

What don't you like about working at EBS Service Company Limited?

"They are moving the development over to Israel, so I was downsized - I loved working there and loved working with the people on my team."

"Start upgrading the development environment a little at a time. Adopt full agile development and just trust your teams."
