"It was a very dynamic place to work, with again some of the most intelligent and fun people I have ever worked with."

"Ask questions. Many of the employees there have been there for 10+ years, and they have incredible stories to tell."
What don't you like about working at eBay?
"As a change analyst, developers and administrators often didn't understand the need for detail. Our job was the last bastion in ensuring that our weekly changes would be as trouble-free and as least impacting as possible."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"A lot has changed in 4 years, but my suggestion would be to keep the improvements coming, yet not to forget the customer and how they started out."
