"I worked for Rent.com just over 7 years and thoroughly enjoyed my experience. In addition to my responsibilities at Rent, I volunteered to take on other areas such as website performance monitoring (Keynote Analytics) and disaster recovery preparation. I was also given the opportunity to transition from project to product management when Rent did not have resources to manage their mobile apps. I bring this up to illustrate the openness of the company to expose employees to new experiences."

"I've been working at eBay Enterprise Marketing Solutions since it was still FetchBack, Inc. The founder departed the company around April of 2012. Change was slow at first, then drastic. The great culture disintegrated along with the sales salaries. Roadmaps changed weekly as the new CEO struggled to keep up with the industry. Enormous tech projects were halted to accommodate changing priorities due to management's inability to learn the industry. Solution they've come up with is to outsource."
