"Eaton Electrical has been expanding over the years at a rapid speed, especially into Asia Pacific. They have been very successful and good in acquisition and integration. Eaton internal processes are mostly very effective. These have in turn contributed into operational excellence."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Focus on what values can you bring on to the table. Eaton cares a lot to how the results are being achieved, thus results and behaviors are both equally critical. Demonstrate your potential and not only the past records."

What don't you like about working at Eaton?

"While Eaton Electrical is moving relatively fast and effective comparing to other Eaton business divisions. There is still room to be more effective in managing Asia businesses. In general, organization capability remained a key area of on-going weakness. Leadership continuity needs to be addressed."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Middle management need to be exposed to take on expanded role over time, including employees from both Asia and America. Asia business will increase in proportion to the total Eaton business in coming years at double digits growth. America management needs to step up into how to better manage this trend and beyond, better than the competitions, and at a faster phase. Another buzz word is cost leadership instead of price leadership."

"Company processes and continued business expansion."

"Limited career progression."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"More marketing focus; More globalized practices."
