What don't you like about working at Eaton?

"They don't hire a temp even though they are more than qualified for the job. They lay you off when the holidays come up so they won't have to pay for days off."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Be upfront when hiring temporary employees. Do not say you will hire them after so many months on the job and then terminate employment days before the probationary period is up."
