"low pay, lack of oppurtunity to move up, and feeling of being lost as an employee"

"I would like to suggest they look at things like flex days, and work from home oppurtunties if they are not going to give raises."

"I would not try to close large deals; they may not pay you what you are owed"

"After closing a very lare job instead of compensating me like they were obligated; they came up with a rouse to downgrade my section of the country so that they did not have to pay comissions"

"The position was very challenging because I and one other participated in creating the EDI team as well as managing it, policies, trianing, and project management."

"Opportunities for advancement were limited for my career choice in that area at that time."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Fair treatment if employee's and an unwillingness to let employee's grow into new postions within the company was an issue, this stunts a persons growth causing them to become unhappy. I suggest using these type people to advance the business by using their skills to illuminate the company."
