"Back stabbing and nepotism ran rampant. Very unstable working environment. Overly competitive and little constructive direction. There was NO team spirit. Self emphasis was first and foremost."

"Hire objective, mature managers and train, train, train."

"No growth opportunities. Very biased job placements and remuneration. Buddy system is at its ugliest form. Colored employees get a second grade preference in wage grades, promotion, internal job movement, etc."

"Flush the management and bring some fresh blood."
