Technician

"Earned an entry-level position as a lube technician. Working for rodeo gives new techs an opportunity to learn more complex jobs. The managers are always willing to teach and give you more responsibility and generally lenient with work schedules. That being said, this is not a company that will give you raises. If you’re looking to make more money, then you will have to move on to some other dealerships. Pay with bonuses is good as a starting tech, but with more responsibility does not mean higher title or pay."
