What don't you like about working at Earlham College?

"I had an idiot for a boss. She wasn't qualified to even work with my team, but through poor management was given oversight of the team. This forced me to decide to leave, which I regret now that she is also gone from the institution."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"There should be a technical proficiency requirement for most high-level administrative positions and all office support positions. Anyone lacking this, should accept mandatory training to allow them to understand the modern workplace."
