"It's a really cool place to work if you can handle the complete lack of managerial respect given to anyone without a military background. Oddly, the clients have no such lack of respect; get the job done right and they'll sing your praises to the high heavans. Literally, at times."

"Wholly owned subsidiary of CSC. Management is pulled from CSC, with all the problems that impllies."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"War stories may work for the clients, but technical personnel are, well, technical. They want (legitimate, logical, fact based) reasons for things. They're also motivated more by small green pieces of paper with dead presidents on than by large white pieces of paper fresh off the laser printer with the CSC logo and 'congrats!' on."
