What suggestions do you have for management?

"I realize e4e operated by underbidding the competition and expecting the employees to work under the conditions provided. However, other companies I've worked for in the region, who played by similar tactics, were able to make up the difference to the employees with at least a little swag. As this point in my career, I couldn't afford to go back to e4e with what they'd offer"
