"I worked at E3 for one year, in this the strategic vision changed many times depending upon the issues being dealt with by the owner. E3 is struggling to become a medium sized company, with too much reliance upon consultants input. The company is stuck in the old ways of operating, and until a new President comes on board, will remain stuck in it's old method of operating. Good people are there, while there are a couple of C types, and these C types need to be removed from the organization, they are holding the company back from growing."
